Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to inspections carried out by Precision Property Surveys (company number SC829168).
Our service
We carry out a visual, non-invasive inspection of the property and provide a photographic report identifying defects and incomplete work visible on the day.
What is not included
We do not lift floor coverings, open up construction, test services beyond normal operation, or provide a valuation or structural engineering opinion.
Access
You are responsible for arranging safe access to the property on the agreed date. If access is refused or unavailable, a rescheduling fee may apply.
Payment
Fees are confirmed at the time of booking and are payable before your report is issued.
Cancellation
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment.
Liability
We carry professional indemnity insurance. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and our report is provided for your use in dealing with your developer.
