Cancellation Policy
Handover dates move. We keep rescheduling simple.
Paying for your inspection
Every inspection is paid in full at the time of booking. Your slot is only reserved once payment has been received; there is nothing further to pay before or after the inspection.
Rescheduling
Move your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before the inspection. If your developer moves your handover date, we will always do our best to accommodate a new slot at no extra cost.
Cancelling
Cancel more than 48 hours before the inspection and your payment is refunded in full. Within 48 hours of the appointment, a portion may be retained to cover the reserved slot and travel.
Access on the day
If we cannot gain access to the property on arrival, the appointment is treated as a late cancellation. Please confirm access arrangements with your developer in advance.
How to cancel
Email chris@precisionpropertysurveys.com with your name, property address and appointment date. We will confirm by reply.
