Example inspection report

See the report before you book.

Your report is the document you hand to your builder. It records every defect we find with a photograph, explains why it matters, and states the remedial work required — written in plain English so you know exactly what you are asking for, and in trade language so your builder knows exactly what to do.

Below are ten example pages from a comprehensive digital inspection report. Tap any page to enlarge it.

Why our reports are different

Professional Reports.Practical Recommendations.

We don't simply identify defects.

Every finding is professionally documented in clear language that is easy for homeowners to understand and practical for builders to rectify.

Our reports are designed to help you understand your property while making it straightforward for your builder to complete remedial works.

  • The defect identified

Photographed and described in plain English.

  • Why attention may be required

The reason it matters, without the jargon.

  • A practical recommendation

What good remedial work looks like.

  • The trade responsible

Named where appropriate, so work can start.
