East Lothian has some of the busiest new build activity in Scotland. We regularly inspect homes in Musselburgh, Wallyford, Blindwells and Prestonpans, as well as Longniddry, Haddington, North Berwick and Dunbar.
Coastal exposure makes external detail — render, flashings, sealant lines, drainage and roof coverings — particularly worth inspecting properly, which is why every survey includes a drone roof inspection.
